Ham Fried Rice

2 c. uncooked rice
4 eggs
olive oil (or any other oil)
5 green onions
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1 c. frozen mixed peas & carrots
1/2 c. cubed ham (you can use more if you like)
soy sauce

Cook rice according to directions on package. Scramble 4 eggs. In a seperate skillet saute green onion and bean sprouts in a little olive oil. Add in peas & carrots, and ham. When ham is browned add in scrambled eggs and rice. Pour in enough soy sauce to reach desired brown color. Mix well, warm together, and serve.
