St. Patty's Day Cake Bites

1 devil's food cake mix
1 can cream cheese frosting
dipping chocolate

Make the devil's food cake according to instructions on box. Let cake cool. Crumble the cake into a large bowl and mix in the can of cream cheese frosting. (I use disposable gloves and mix it together by hand.) Form into bite-sized balls and refrigerate until cool. Dip into melted chocolate and let stand. Drizzle with green dyed white chocolate.

Variation: Make a Valentine version of these by using a red velvet cake mix and drizzle with pink dyed chocolate.
