These colorful and flavorful cookies can be made using any flavor of jello. It is fun to coordinate the color to the nearest holiday.3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. any flavor jello
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 3/4 c. flour
Cream first three ingredients together. Add eggs and jello; mix. Add other dry ingredients and mixuntil dough forms. Form into 1" balls, roll in sugar, and flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
