White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins

These are so easy, but so yummy! Drizzle with white chocolate or dust with powdered sugar for a beautiful brunch muffin or special breakfast.

2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbl. oil (I use 2 Tbl. applesauce)
1 egg
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. raspberries

Mix all ingredients together, except for raspberries, just until moistened. Fold in raspberries. Pour into a generously greased muffin tin. (This recipe makes 12 muffins.) Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Wait several minutes before removing from pan.
