Here's my first try at making Stuck Up Brownies. I thought these would be really cute to make for a baby shower dipped in pink and drizzled with white chocolate.1.Make a pan of brownies (any kind) and frost.
2. Take a cookie scoop and scoop brownies onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
3. Put a wooden skewer (I used lollipop sticks) in each scoop and put in the freezer for a few minutes to set.
4. Dip in chocolate and let set.
These are really cute wrapped in individual cello bags with ribbon.
