All you need are 1 inch safety pins, small glass beads, and beading elastic. After beading the safety pins, take 2 strands of elastic and thread the safety pins on through the holes on the top and bottom. Alternate the way the safety pins lay...thread one through the top and the next one through the bottom, so the bracelet will lay evenly. (Don't take 1 strand and thread through all the tops of the safety pins and the other strand through all the bottoms.) I tied each of the ends in a square knot and added a little clear nail polish so the knot won't slip.
