These potatoes are so good! My husband thinks they would be good served with steak and I think they would be good with a big green salad. This recipe is a keeper!
2 lb. red potatoes, washed & quartered
1/4 c. olive oil (The original recipe called for vegetable oil, but I use olive oil because it's healthier.)
1 packet ranch salad dressing seasoning mix
Mix all three ingredients together and spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are browned.
Note: I put all the ingredients in a gallon size ziplock bag and have the kid's mix it...and it's easy clean up!
