1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can tomato soup
4 Tbl. brown sugar
1 Tbl. ketchup
1 Tbl. mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
Brown hamburger and onion together. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
(I usually double this recipe and freeze half in a gallon freezer bag for a quick meal later. Also, a crock pot works great if you have time to let it simmer longer.)
