Citrus White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, except use white chocolate chips and add 2 Tbl. orange zest. These are so good!

Edible Easter Nests

2 c. butterscotch chips
4 c. chow mein noodles
any egg shaped candy or jelly beans (we used whopper eggs, but cadbury mini eggs look the best)

Melt butterscotch chips and pour over chow mein noodles. Mix together and drop onto wax paper. (I found that a 1/4 c. measuring cup works well.) Press egg candy into the center. Let set and enjoy!

Giant Dipped Marshmallows

These giant dipped marshmallows were given out as favors at a scrapbook class. You can't tell from the picture, but the marshmallows are HUGE and the stick is a wooden dowel. She had them displayed on a glass cake pedestal...super cute!
